Technical Regulations 2026
For a correct participation in compliance with the event standards, all exhibitors are invited to consult the Technical Regulations 2026.
The document contains rules relating to safety, stand construction requirements, systems and installations, access procedures, operational processes and mandatory requirements to be observed during the set-up, event days and dismantling phases.

Set-up and dismantling
To ensure an efficient and safe organisation of on-site operations, exhibitors are invited to carefully consult the guidelines dedicated to the set-up and dismantling phases.
The document includes information on access procedures, schedules, technical rules, safety requirements, material delivery methods and operational procedures for exhibition stands.

Official Forwarder
The Official Forwarder is the only party authorised to carry out goods delivery operations and to manage all customs and railway procedures for import and export.
Within the exhibition grounds, the use of work equipment not authorised by Veronafiere is strictly prohibited.
Exhibitors requiring lifting equipment must submit a request via the “Goods Handling” form.
The request is considered a booking and requires confirmation by the Official Forwarder. The exhibitor accepts any schedule changes within reasonable time limits.
Exhibitors must comply with the time slots indicated in the booking form. Hourly rates apply from the moment the equipment is made available.

How to reach the fair
Marmomac takes place in the halls of the Veronafiere exhibition centre, a venue that meets the highest European standards in its category.
Shuttle service
Connections to the exhibition grounds are guaranteed by FREE SHUTTLE BUSES operating on the main routes to and from the fairgrounds, the city centre and the railway station.
All specific information will be published in September.
Alternatively, below is the list of ATV bus lines stopping near the exhibition grounds
(for ticket information and fares: www.atv.verona.it):
Lines 21 and 22: approximately every 20 minutes – Viale del Lavoro stop
Line 61: approximately every 30 minutes – Viale del Lavoro stop
Parking
Exhibitors have access to several dedicated parking areas both inside and outside the exhibition grounds, assigned according to the parking pass received.
Please check the parking area indicated on your pass and follow the road signs and the directions provided by the organizers to easily reach the assigned parking area.
If you have not received any parking pass, you may use the P3, P4 and P7 parking areas, which are available to everyone.

By car
Getting to the Exhibition Centre from the motorway:
- Arrivals from A4 motorway (Milan-Venice) take the Verona Sud motorway exit and follow the signposts to “Fiera”. About 2/3 minutes.
- Arrivals from A22 motorway (Brenner-Modena) take the Verona Nord motorway exit and then take the dual carriageway in the direction of Verona. There are two routes: 1) follow the signposts for “Verona Centro”, then “Fiera”, passing close to the Railway Station (about 10 minutes), or 2) during the rush hour, follow the signposts for “Tangenziale Est” (towards Vicenza) until the exit for the Exhibition Centre. Follow the signposts for “Fiera” (about 15 minutes).
Reaching the motorway from the Exhibition Centre:
- For Verona Sud toll: follow signposts for the A4 motorway. About 2/3 minutes.
- For Verona Nord toll: head towards the Railway Station and then the ring-round (tangenziale) and the A22 motorway. About 15 minutes.
By plane
Verona Villafranca “Valerio Catullo” International Airport connects the city daily with major Italian and European destinations and is located approximately 8 km from Veronafiere.

From Catullo Airport to the Fair
By car: from the airport, take the dual carriageway towards Villafranca. Follow signs towards the Verona Sud motorway exit and then the signs for the Fair.
By taxi: journey time approx. 10 min – cost approx. €20.00/25.00.

By train
Verona Porta Nuova railway station offers fast national and international connections on the following lines: Munich–Brenner–Verona–Bologna–Florence–Rome and Turin–Genoa–Milan–Verona–Venice–Udine–Trieste. There are direct trains from all major stations in Northern Italy approximately every hour.
