Vincenzo Colecchia, Stefano Guidotti

Stefano Guidotti began his creative journey in Naples, acquiring knowledge of ceramic and porcelain traditions that later led him to become Creative Director at Richard Ginori, following his design studies in Florence. Since 2011, he has been Creative Director at Baxter. His style blends modern, vintage and ethnic influences.

Vincenzo Colecchia, after completing studies in cabinetmaking in Cantù, graduated in Architecture in Milan. He collaborated for a decade with Paolo Deganello, from whom he learned the social responsibility of design. From 2011 to 2015, he worked with Ferruccio Laviani, focusing on product design, exhibition design and interior architecture. Since 2016, he has been an architect in Baxter’s Style Office.
