Kengo Kuma
(Architect)
Kengo Kuma was born in Yokohama, in the Kanagawa Prefecture, in 1954, and graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1979. In 1987, after serving as a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University in New York, he founded Spatial Design Studio, now known as Kengo Kuma & Associates. Today, Kuma is a Professor at the Faculty of Science and Technology of Keio University.
