Jon Isherwood

Isherwood’s work has been widely exhibited in public museums and private galleries around the world, including the Peggy Guggenheim Museum in Venice, Italy, the McNay Art Museum in San Antonio, Texas, and the Kunsthalle in Mannheim, Germany. His work is held in more than 25 public collections, and he has completed over 30 public and private commissions.
His sculptures have been reviewed by major international publications such as The New York Times, Art in America, ArtNews, The Washington Post, Sculpture Magazine, Partisan Review and The Guardian (UK). He has given interviews to media outlets including WAMC Public Radio and BBC Television’s The Culture Show.
Isherwood has lectured at numerous colleges and universities in the United States, Europe and China. He teaches at Bennington College (Vermont) and is President of the Digital Stone Project.
