(Architect)
Born in Rimini in 1978, Federico Rossi studied architecture at the Architectural Association in London. After working with Nigel Coates and Zaha Hadid, he founded FRFORM, where he continues to develop his research at the intersection of design and digital manufacturing.
In 2010, he began his academic career as a professor at London South Bank University, where he founded and directed DARLAB. In 2013, he took part in the Salone del Mobile for Federlegno Arredo with the project Vaulted Table, which was later exhibited at the IFCC in New York City and published in Wired Magazine.
Since 2015, he has collaborated with visual artist Davide Quayola, developing the project Sculpture Factory, and in 2016 he exhibited Woodstream at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.
