Alper Derinbogaz

Winner of the International Plan Award for Innovative Architecture and recognised as an “emerging and influential architect”, Derinboğaz graduated from ITU, studied at UCLA, and was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship. She received the Graduate Award for her Master’s studies and represented Turkey at the 14th Venice Architecture Biennale in 2014, the debut year of the Turkish Pavilion.

For her recent work, she was awarded the Architizer A+ Award 2015. She currently teaches Design at ITU and directs the professional activities of her studio.
